NOTES
Additional Information:A 'site file' titled "Memorial Park Historic District" exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, Division of Historic Preservation-Public History. Original windows; hip roofed dormer; full length open front porch with posts placed on filled in rail; window cornices. Garage.

James Dowd, a real estate salesman, lived here between c. 1924 and c. 1930. Initial research indicates that none of the occupants of this house are historically significant either individually, or as a group within the proposed historic district.

This building does not meet the criteria of the NRHP for architectural significance because of a lack of integrity. Also, it does not contribute to the historic character of the proposed historic district.
