NOTES
Additional Information:2023: The Gabled Ell farmhouse was constructed c.1870 with modest Greek Revival references. It is rectangular in plan with clapboard siding and metal-clad gable roofs. The front elevation faces west and is asymmetrical in composition with a two-story front-gabled mass comprising the northern portion of the building and a one-story side-gabled wing comprising the southern portion. The front façade of the front-gabled mass contains a door at its southern end and two singly-placed 6-over-6 windows across the remainder of the first story; the door is accented by a classical entablature above and sidelights on each side (both the sidelights and the door are of recent construction). Above this, at the second story, are three regularly-spaced 6-over-6 windows. The front façade of the side-gabled mass is comprised of what appears to be an enclosed porch that contains a picture window flanked by 1-over-1 windows and a single 6-over-6 window. All visible windows appear to be new replacements (and may be simulated rather than true multi-pane windows).
