Additional Information: | Pent roofs; polygonal bays; enclosed veranda with gable on north and east. Update 2007- This two and one-half story Queen Anne form house was constructed c.1900. It is of wood-frame construction and rests on a foundation of rusticated concrete block. The exterior is covered with wood clapboard. The house features irregular massing combined with window bays influenced by the Queen Anne style. A porch extends across the main facade of the house and wraps around one corner. It is supported by square columns and enclosed by screening. There is a shed roof addition on the rear of the house and a relatively large window opening on the second story of the main elevation has been enclosed. At the rear of the house is a rectangular, front gable, one-car garage that appears to be contemporaneous with the house. The garage features a bay entrance on the front elevation and a pedestrian entrance on the side elevation. Each side elevation features two seven-light windows in which the lights are oriented vertically. |
