NOTES
Additional Information:ORIGINALLY HAD A SQUARE CRENELLATED TOWER W/POINTED ARCHED WINDOWS. The congregation of the North Lake Presbyterian Church was organized on 12 March 1903 and in the spring of 1904, a church foundation was built; however, it was not completed. A second attempt at building a church was made in 1907 but that attempt failed as well. Until the subject structure was built, services were held in the town hall. In 1974, North Lake Presbyterian merged with Stone Bank Presbyterian to form Kettle Moraine United Presbyterian in 1974. The structure has since been remodeled for use as a residence. REC said NE on 12/11/2002.
