Bibliographic References:Permit dated 4 February 1931; Tannhaeuser identified as the owner, but no contractor, architect or builder is noted. estimated cost: $8,000. The Milwaukee Sentinel, 16 August 1931, indicates that a $20,000 residence was completed at 354 Alta Vista Avenue, which is the former/pre-1932 address of the subject house. Note the difference is cost. The owner was not noted in the article but the architects were identified as Siebert & Kegler. The 1932 directory cites the Tannhaeusers as the owners/occupants of the home.
