Additional Information:Segmental arched brick windows on side elevation; brick windows and wooden gable roofed with false front; east addition and one story gabled east section; projecting wooden cornice with paired brackets; flat window lintels; plain projecting cornice over filled in store front. This building was the location of the Robert Woelffer saloon, hotel, and/or boarding house between c. 1900 and at least 1924. This building has some historical interest as the location of a saloon and lodging house. The business is not individually historically significant, therefore, while of interest, it is not individually significant for local history.
