Additional Information: | Shed roofed front dormer; rectangular west bay window; open front porch with brick piers and railing; exposed rafter ends; shingled upper story. Theodore Kopitzkee, a motorman for the Interurban Line, lived here between c. 1930 and c. 1936. Initial research indicates that none of the occupants of this house are historical significant either individually, or as a group within the proposed historic district. This building does not meet the criteria of the NRHP for architectural significance bceause of a lack of integrity. However, this building has sufficient architectural character to contribute to the proposed historic district. |
