NOTES
Additional Information:Pedimented gable roof dormer; gabled wall dormer with cut out recessed gable; arched window and window apron decorated with garland; two sided porch with Tuscan columns and balustrade; two story bay window rear additon.

William Streich, a laborer, lived here between c. 1919 and c. 1936. Initial research indicates that none of the occupants of this house are historically significant either individually, or as a group within the proposed historic district.

One of the relatively few buildings in the city exhibiting the influence of the Queen Anne style, this house has retained a good degree of architectural integrity. However, as part of the group in Watertown exhibiting less architectural character than others in the city, this house is not an architecturally significant example of the Queen Anne style.
