Additional Information:A site file exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the the State Historical Society, Division of Historic Preservation. This house was previously surveyed in 1995 and identified as built in 1928. In 2007, it was re-surveyed and the building permit indicated that it was built in 1929. The residential appraisal card (no date) notes that floors are largely oak, while bathrooms are tile. Additional interior features include coved, plastered ceilings and leaded glass throughout. 2024 - appearance unchanged
