Additional Information:This was the second design (dated 23 October 1934) produced by Philipp after an earlier and much larger design was prepared by Philipp and Carl Eschweiler in May 1934. As built, the original block featured nine-over-nine-light windows. The mid-section was added in the 1960s and the westernmost portion, utilized by the fire department, was addded in 1998-99.
