NOTES
Additional Information:M in the photo codes is short for MVIS. February/March 2003-Oriented on an east-west axis, this one story, brick building features a series of brick piers; however, all openings in between the piers have been infilled. Little integrity is left of this structure. The history of this building reflects that of the entry above for 123 N. 27th Street, as this building was the warehouse/office building for the Grant Marble Co. Built in 1898, this structure remained in use by the Grant Marble Co., later the McClymont Marble Company, until the circa mid-1920s. It was then utilized by the Seamless Steel Products Co. and then the Dunham Manufacturing Co. In 1993, it was noted as part of the Gebhart-Vogel Tanning Co., while today it is owned by D.R. Diedrich & Co., custom tanners. 2016 - appearance unchanged. Most openings infilled and downsized, large concrete block additions on south and east.
