Property tax records indicated that this house was built in ca. 1900 by Jacob Hahn, who owned a local quarry. By 1910, Hahn had sold the property to C.A. Badiger, who in turn passed it on to Fred Rohlaff by 1920. In 1930, it was owned by Andrew Burgess, who most likely sold it to David Stearns by 1955. No information was found on any of these individuals.
