Jeske and Bros. 2016 - three-story industrial loft with raised stone foundation, segmental arch windows, stone trim, dentilled brick cornice. One of two loading bays in west facade has been enlarged, although other retains wood doors. Most windows are metal double-hung units. Original freight doors remain on upper story of south elevation as well. **2020 - Resurveyed for I-94 Project 1060-27-04 by HRL: Significant work has occurred since 2017, including new windows and entrance. |
