The Shorewood Community Building at Hubbard Park was constructed in 1936 in a Rustic Style following a design by Wisconsin architect Henry Hengels. This 1-story building is rectangular in plan with limestone veneer exterior wainscoting, log walls, and an asphalt-shingled gable and flat roof structure. The gabled mass at the center features heavy braces under the gable which projects over two entry doors separated by a bank of four multi-pane double-hung windows. Windows on each side of the entry bay are single-pane sliding. A massive limestone chimney projects from the roof of the gabled mass.

County Landmark.
