It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. "A disastrous fire in 1896 destroyed all of the buildings from here east to the Madison Street corner, with the exception of the Winston & Sons Store on that corner. Nineteen businesses were lost. Thus all of the building from here to the corner date from 1897 or later. Handsomely restored, the Historic Libby Brothers Building now houses a chiropractic office on the main floor."
