NOTES
Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, Division of Historic Preservation-Public History.

Italianate vernacular style with cream brick exterior; cornice with brackets and segmental arched with keystones; stone window sills; third floor had dance hall. A cast iron storefront extends across the length of the primary (north-facing) elevation and wraps around the northeast corner. The cast iron storefront includes the manufacture’s name: “J. Torrance & Son, Lacrosse, Wis.” A large mural is present on the first floor of the east elevation. This mural does not appear to have altered any historic fenestration patterns.
