NOTES
Additional Information:Vernacular two story house with clapboard siding and four over four window sash. Much older than neighborhood, minor alterations especially at northwest corner to fenestration and where a porch was apparently removed. All white pine lumber. Part of basement served as an ice house.

Purportedly a farmhouse for the Shepherd Estate located on Sherwood Drive (now demolished). Allegedly once served as part of Underground Railway and a tunnel is claied. Was a fraternity house at one time.
