To be demolished for Beloit Memorial High School athletic field or a teaching station. Vernacular Italianate cream brick factory building. Two story, limestone foundation structure with raised brick piers symmetrically down the side, demarcating each window bay. Windows had been remodeled to smaller sizes. Only one of two buildings of the complex remains. See 1304 Fourth (rear). Sanborn map shows the buildings under construction in 1890.
