Additional Information: | Unsuccessful experiment with pre-fabricated all metal houses, immediately after World War II. All exterior surfaces are baked enamel: siding, window frames and roof. Maintenance free. Company went bankrupt after a few years, but there seems to be about one of these houses per commuity in the general Chicago area (factory was in Northern Indiana?). |
