Additional Information:Large brick factory building with decorative window hoods, vertical brick piers, and corbelled cornice. This beet sugar factory was built in 1904 by Captain James Davidson, Bay City Michgan. M.R. Osburn, Davidson's son-in-law was the local operator of the mill. Became one of Janesville's largest industries. An office building is also located on the property - separate record (125/5).
