NOTES
Additional Information:This two story with a raised basement Tudor Revival house is constructed of brown brick and features half-timber details and applied stone decoration. The house has a multiple gable roofline and the main roof is a jerkinhead style roof. Windows are irregular in size, but most are casement types with multiple lights. The front porch has a shed roof with gable parapet. The walls and arches of the porch are covered in stone veneer. Stone vneer is also applied on the raised basement on the front facade.

This house is an interesting example of the Tudor Revival style of architecture. The casement windows, half-timber details, arches and applied stone veneer accent the Tudor details. Yet, the design is fairly restrained and does not follow historically accurate Tudor design. The house contributes to the architectural significance of the Prospect Hill Historic District as a good and interesting example of the Tudor Revival style.

The house was built in 1928 and has been occupied by the Joseph Gagan family to the present time. Gagan was a sign painter.
