Additional Information:Built in 1894, this three-story cream brick building has Queen Anne features of a garlanded cornice, parapets, and applied pilasters in addition to molded stilted segmental arch windows and inset decorative panels. Original first tenant was a clothier. Sandblasted in 1980.
