NOTES
Additional Information:Chimney to be chopped down to 35 feet and converted into clock tower. Housed the Jung Brewery at one time.

"This brick commercial Victorian-style building housed a brewery run by Charles Hamm. He died in Europe while serving in the army in 1918. William Jung ran the business from 1918 until 1932, when he pruchased it from the Hamm family. The bottling house was built in 1933. The entire facility was then sold to Herman Sitzberger in 1952. Sitzberger owned it until production ceased in 1958. Alfred LeClair purchased the property in 1978. It is currently owned by the Mondloch's who have converted the brewery to living space. From 2008-2012 the bottling house was the home of the Random Lake Area Historical Society Museum."
