| Additional Information: | The walls are clad in calpboard and the gable roof is covered in asphalt shingles. The small, enclosed entry porch ias on the front (northeast) facade. 2012- "The property is a c.1920 one-and-one-half-story side-gable vernacular residence that displays the exposed rafter tails, and prominent central shed-roof dormer typical of the bungalow form. Resting on a rusticated concrete block foundation, the walls are clad in clapboard and the gable roof is covered in asphalt shingles. A small gable-roof-enclosed entry porch is located on the front (northeast) facade. Fenestration consists of three-over-one, wood, double-hung sash, with single units irregularly spaced on the northeast and northwest elevations and paired units on the southeast elevation.
