Additional Information:2020 - This two-story, U-shaped apartment complex consists of three separate buildings connected by open-air staircases with a continuous roofline. It features Contemporary-style elements and was completed in 1962. The complex has a flat roof with vinyl coping and mix of brick cladding and vinyl siding. Fenestration consists of a mix of single and grouped, sliding, vinyl replacement windows with some windows set in two-story vinyl panels. A pair of two-story exterior staircases located within the openings between buildings are sheltered with decorative screens; upper-level landings have cast-iron railings. Landscaping includes a large central lawn with concrete pathways and original globe lights.
