NOTES
Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the State Historical Society, Division of Historic Preservation-Public History.

The two-story house is of standard three-bay, two-story configuration with a shallowly pitched hipped roof with widely overhanging eaves. The front door is set deep inside a segmentally arched opening framed within the arch with wood panels. Segmental arches cover the four-over-four window to each side of it. The second story has round-arched window openings, the transoms of which have been blocked up. Three bull's-eye windows are located underneath the eaves over each second story window.

The addition in the rear dates from the 1920s. The home remained in the Goodrich family until 1967 when Lois Goodrich passed away.
