Additional Information: | 2013: This one-story commercial vernacular property is located in the unincorporated community of Indianford and faces west toward CTH F. Now converted into a residence, the building is comprised of a rectangular front gable block and an adjoining flat-roof block on the south (side) elevation. The fronts of both blocks form a continuous facade, sheltered by a shallow shed-roof porch supported by wrought iron posts. Resting on a fieldstone foundation, the walls of the building are clad in vinyl replacement siding. The gable portion of the roof is moderately pitched and is covered in asphalt shingles. The flat-roofed portion has a false parapet with decorative brackets. An enclosed shed-roof porch is attached at the rear of the building. Fenestration consists of one-over-one, vinyl, double-hung replacement sash, though the front entrance is flanked on one side by a pair of multi-light vinyl casements. Basement windows contain six-light, vinyl, fixed sash. |
