| Additional Information: | 2024 - This 118.5-acre parcel includes a residence, a shed, and three small agricultural outbuildings. Historic aerial images and maps indicate that the farm once included the residence, a large barn, and six outbuildings, most of which has since been demolished by the 2000s. The circa 1870 Gabled -Ell frame house has a rear addition and an asphalt shingle roof and exhibits evidence of multiple alterations over time to its exterior. The two-story house is clad in aluminum siding with sections of flagstone veneer low walls and board and batten along the façade. The facade entry has a wood paneled door with an Italianate wood surround that opens onto a concrete stoop. Two polygonal multipaned wood bay windows are located on either side of this entry. The second floor has four-over-four, double hung wood windows. The rear addition has vinyl double-hung and casement windows and is set upon a concrete foundation, while the original portion of the house has a stone foundation. There is a woodshed immediately behind the residence to the north with a hip asphalt shingle roof and fixed vinyl windows visible on the south and east elevations. The small woodshed has a concrete foundation. To the northeast of the residence is a small pumphouse with a front gable asphalt shingle roof and limestone walls and foundation. A partially enclosed door opening is located at the center of the south elevation. To the northwest of the residence is a circa 1980 pole barn, oriented east-west with a metal gable roof and corrugated metal siding. This shed building has an overhead door on the east elevation and single vinyl door at the eastern end of the south elevation with a concrete foundation. There is another small outbuilding with a gable roof behind the pole barn to the north that is not visible from the road. |
