Additional Information:PALLADIAN WINDOW IN FRONT OVER DOOR W/ BROKEN PEDIMENT; THE 1990 ALTERATIONS INCLUDED THE ADDITION OF A TWENTIETH CENTURY STYLE COLONIAL REVIVAL TYPE PORTICO AND WINDOW ALTERATIONS. THE ARTICLE NOTED IN THE BIBLIOGRAPHIC REFERENCE INDICATES THAT THE DESIGNERS OF THE 1990 ALTERATIONS WERE BOB GUENTHER/BRYAN GORE. 2022: Appearance unchanged since 2011. Although the 1990 alterations were noted above, the construction of the south wing--which was done to match the wing on the north, was not mentioned. The brick driveway was also done at that time. As of February 1992, the house was up for sale at 2.5 million.
