It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. As of 1932 Dr. Charles F. Albright lived here. SHOREWOOD BUILDING PERMIT FILES SHOW THAT THE BUILDING WAS COMPLETED IN 1927 AFTER AN OLD HOUSE ON THE SITE WAS WRECKED IN 1924 AND THAT DR. ALBRIGHT WAS THE ORIGINAL OWNER. House and garage were demolished on June 26,2019.

2021: Brick and iron gate remains.
