Bibliographic References:ELLIAS, JUANITA. PRAIRIE SCHOOL ARCHITECTURE IN MILWAUKEE: RUSSELL BARR WILLIAMSON. UW-MILWAUKEE MASTERS THESIS, JUNE 1974, cites the house was built circa 1921. Although Ellias indicated the house was designed by Williamson, she provides no evidence to that effect. A sale ad in 25 May 1913 Milwaukee Sentinel that the house (old address 1502 Stowell) was built by real estate man Edward Schroeder. The home was used as a rental from 1914 until it was sold to Boris & Edna Bobroff in 1919. House was on the 2013 Spaces & Traces tour conducted by Historic Milwaukee.
