J.W. Greenwood owned the building from its construction to 1915. Other tenants have included Greenwood’s Drug Store, Emerson Hoyt’s Wauwatosa Realty Company, the First National Bank of Wauwatosa, and Jessen’s Cloth Cleaners. |
