Additional Information:20th century eclectic stucco house, Tyrolean cottage influence with leaded glass windows, oriel window, rounded arched windows and a turret on the corner with a conical roof. BAVARIAN INFLUENCE. The stone retaining wall was replaced in 2017.
Bibliographic References:The Daily reporter, 26 May 1926, identifies a home to be built, stucco on frame, at 22 Oak Hill (which converts to this address) for Dr. R.E. Stockinger and designed by H.C. Haeuser.
