NOTES
Additional Information:RESURVEYED 2009. AREA BETWEEN FRONT PIERS ENCLOSED WITH BRICK CLADDING.

2009- "This red brick commercial vernacular gas station was constructed c. 1920. The station originally consisted of a square
office area and two brick piers. A large hipped roof covered the office and formed a canopy in front of the station. Since
the previous survey in 1981, the area under the canopy has been enclosed to double the interior space of the office. A
stone string course runs along the base of the windows, and the new walls between the piers have been clad with a
similar colored brick. The flagstone lintels of the original office have been replicated over the new windows in the addition.
Two sets of smaller paired windows are present at the front of the addition but do not match the originals in scale or
placement. The building currently houses Waimor Realty."
