Additional Information:RESURVEYED 2009. APPEARANCE UNCHANGED.

2014- "The Modern Woodman of America Hall is a Boomtown meeting hall constructed in 1899. The building is two stories and
is clad in red brick. It has a gable-fronted roof, part of which is concealed behind a false front parapet. Two paired fixed
windows are present at street level, on either side of the door. The original arched door opening has been filled with
stucco to accommodate the current metal-and-glass front door. Three modern windows on the second story retain their
original placement, although the openings have been filled with wood panels to accommodate the new smaller windows."
