GROUPED WINDOWS IN WIDE ROUND ARCHES W/LARGE KEYSTONES. ON PROPERTY OF COUNTY CHILDREN'S HOME. John Messmer designed the 1947 addition. Building was removed from the National Register on 9/6/2002. It was demolished some time between 1992-2000.
