Additional Information: | This two story home features a steeply pitched, cross gabled pavilion roof and a three story polygonal corner tower. The steep tower roof features flared eaves and a dentilled cornice, and is topped with the original metal finish. Front and side gables exhibit bargeboards adn decoratively cut shingles. The east gable features a small square window with sixteen small panes surrounding one central one; the north gable features an octagonal stained-glass window. The first story southeast corner is clipped at a 45 degree angle, and an asymmetrical, enclosed entry porch projects from the first story and is covered with a pent roof. Previously surveyed in 1980; 2007--new narrow vinyl siding has been applied to the exterior since that time (was previousy covered with asphalt shingles). While the original fenestration placement appears to have been maintained, most windows appear to be recently installed. 2020: Resurveyed - altered appearance. Some windows appear to have been replaced on primary elevation. |
