Additional Information:2013: The S. Kalscheur Farmstead consists of a house, barn, equipment shed, silos, and garage. The two-story, c.1930 side gable house has a concrete foundation, asbestos siding, and a metal roof. It features modest decorative details, such as cornice returns and a simple gable portico on the front (east) facade is supported by metal replacement posts. Windows contain one-over-one replacement double-hung sash. A one-story wing is located on the south (side) elevation and a modern one-story addition is located at the rear (west). AHI listings for this farmstead include the house (#90612), dairy barn (#224497) and equipment shed (#224498)."

1993- "This is a simple, two story, side gable house with a one story addition built on to the south, gabled end wall. It is sheathed with wide clapboard and appears to have a concrete foundation. With its shutters and small gabled entryway, this house conveys a sense of the Colonial Revival architectural style."
