Previously surveyed in 1980 as 2048 S. 84th Street, and its correct address 2028 S. 84th Street. In 1993, the front porch was altered and the inventory card on file illustrates that change. However, in 2007 the upper level was resheathed with vinyl and the window surrounds were changed. A new inventory card was submitted to reflect the change.
