Additional Information:ENCLOSED PORCH. ROUGH SHINGLED LOWER STORY. Building originally had a tower on its southeast corner. Beaulin lived here from approximately 1905-1925. Bradley O. Sullivan lived here from approximately 1925-1935.

It was surveyed in 1980. When re-reviewed in 2007, there were no apparent changes to the building's exterior. No update photo is needed.
