Additional Information: | "Mrs. Tony Wagner bought the East twenty feet of Lot 6, Block 15 of the Original Plat, for twenty dollars in 1887. She built this frame house on the site of an earlier frame storage building that was demolished at that time. The main block of the house, just twenty feet wide, was bult with its west wall abutting the east wall of the town hall because Mrs. Wagner owned only a twenty-foot width beetween the hall and Eldred Street. This portion of Eldred Street, on the original plat map of Mazomanie, was vacated in 1925 to allow construction on the Sunrise Oil Company filling station."
