| Additional Information: | Dwinnell lived here until his death. The house was converted into a duplex in the 1940s. 2001: Although research from a 1982 survey report notes an estimated date of 1895 for the larger structure, both Sanborn maps and city directories indicate that this house was not constructed until sometime between 1906 and 1909. Tax roll information was inconclusive; however, Carpenter George Dwinnell, who had erected a home adjacent to the east beweeen 1885 and 1890 appears to have also constructed this residence. Dwinnell resided here until his death in 1936. By no later than 1940, the house was purchased by Fred Delzer and, ten years later, it was in possession of Frank Heyek. |
