NOTES
Additional Information:"Harry D. Tiemann, who was associated with the Forest Products Laboratory, built this hosue in 1911. The Tiemanns had come to Madison from New Haven, Connecticut. One reason for its appearance as a rather older design than would be appropriate for 1911 is that the Tiemanns wanted to build a house that looked exactly like the one they had left in New Haven. Tiemann designed the lovely Art Nouveau stained glass windows that light the stair landing on the west side of the house."
