Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. Three story, orange brick with stone trim, commercial style with decorative brick panels in an interweave design. This building was the center of the city's coffee roasting trade in 1945, holding five coffee and peanut roasting firms. It was designed as a coffee roasting factory, and retains the equipment and manufacturing processes used by the first owner.
