NOTES
Additional Information:This building was built by either Joseph or John Gerstner, father and son, who owned and operated a nearby tailoring business on S. 2nd Street. The name J. Gerstner is inscribed along the cornice line of the building. Since the Gerstners did not themselves occupy the structure, it is unknown what kind of business operated out of the structure from 1884 to 1919, at which time it served as the Karlock Furniture Company.
