Accessing Collections
The vast majority of the items in our collections are not online. The Society owns thousands of archival collections viewable in our Archives reading room. To view and conduct research in our collections, visit us in person.
Trolley Car
The Lake Line Trolley was the earliest trolley line in the Wyoming Valley. Built in 1866, Lake Line Trolley was a route to Harvey's Lake, the largest natural lake in Pennsylvania.
R. S. & E. Trolley Station
Palmyra was a stop on the Rochester, Syracuse and Eastern Railroad Route. A group of people are waiting outside the station for the trolley. Caption reads: "R. S. & E. Trolley Station, Palmyra, N.Y."
