Lodi School with Students

Lodi School was a three-story brick Romanesque building with a small cupola, built in 1868. The school burned on March 28, 1878. It was rebuilt by December 1878, but burned again in 1886. A large crowd of boys, girls and teachers is gathered on plank sidewalks and a plank fence in the foreground.
