Roger Mott, son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald B. Mott, 20 Lathrop Street, holding a letter he received from General Douglas MacArthur in the Philippines. Roger, a student in the sixth grade at Edgewood school, received the letter on his twelfth birthday.
