Portrait of Philip Plath. Plath sold his business property, Plath Motor Sales at 1033 East Washington Avenue, to Gillespie-Blumer Motors, Inc., and joined their business as a salesman. The new lot became a "bargain block" and featured cars with a maximum price of $999.
