Women Make Year's Supply of Lefsa

Three daughters of Mrs. John G. Peterson gathered at one of their homes every year to carry on a 30 year, Christmas time, tradition of baking lefsa, a Norwegian flatbread. Mrs. Robert Nelson, 2829 Milwaukee Street, rolls the flattened, round cake called "aevna" until the sheet is more than two feet in diameter and paper thin.
